Sharing Our Passion with Others...

Updated: Jan 11, 2021

Those of us who feel at one with nature have much to share with the rest of society. In uncertain times, nature is one of the few things that brings us stability and balance. We are born from nature, kept alive by nature and ultimately become part of nature. Our job is to teach others to love and respect all that nature brings us.

The vision I have for the future of our community, is going to require a lot of work and dedication (far more than one person is capable of). However, that has never daunted me. I’m on a course and I will not be deterred. I have followed this path for many years, with and without partners, apprentices, followers and assistants. It is who I am and who I will remain. Ultimately, I know that others will always want to take part and things will develop organically.

For many years now, I have been freely and happily sharing my knowledge in the hopes of inspiring others. I know that I have been successful in affecting many lives along the way. Just through my regular posts on Facebook, I have been able to help open up a world of possibilities for many who follow me.

However, I don’t wish to set myself up as some kind of charismatic leader or authority, because I’m not. I’m just an old bloke whose had a lot of experiences in life and who has an obsessive nature that makes me want to know all I can about my subject. However, I also realize that in the big picture, I know little more than nothing, but, what little I do know, I am anxious to share with others, because I think that it is truly wonderful stuff.

During the coming year, this web site will turn from the bare bones beginnings into an active destination of sharing and learning, in which I hope that many of you will become contributors and help to build the concept. I will be uploading many of my more popular articles so that we have an archive to draw upon, allowing you to easily find the subject that interests you.

Please continue to support this community and help spread the news to others. Feel free to contact me with any of your ideas and concerns, either here, on Messenger or by email at rocklandforager@gmail.com
